A data protection officer is not legally required and has not been appointed.

All information you enter in the wizard (e.g. names, addresses, wages) is processed exclusively locally in your browser. It is held compressed in the URL (in the address fragment after the # character) and in your browser's local storage, and is never transmitted to our server or to third parties. By design, browsers do not send the part of a URL after the # character to any server.

If you share the generated link, the contract data it contains can be read by anyone who receives the link. Only share such links with people who should see the data.

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files: in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the requested file, and the browser type. This is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a securely and reliably provided website).

The hosting provider may process data in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which the provider is certified, and additionally on EU standard contractual clauses.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), for anonymous reach measurement. Google Analytics is loaded only after you have explicitly consented via the banner. Without your consent, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is collected.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Google Analytics 4 uses your IP address only briefly for coarse geolocation and does not store it. Processing in the USA is possible; it is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. The retention period for analytics data is limited to 14 months.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the “Change analytics choice” link in the footer; the withdrawal stops any further collection. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To operate, it stores a few strictly necessary values in your browser's local storage: your analytics consent choice, your display language, and your acknowledgment of the disclaimer. This storage is exempt from consent under § 25 (2) TDDDG. Google Analytics, only after your consent, sets its own cookies.
